    Depending on the platform the guest booked on, we check past reviews, get photo ID, take a deposit, make them sign Terms and Conditions, find out the reason for their stay.

  • What are the costs?

    Depending on the condition of the property, we may recommend a slight refurbishment and additional furniture and linen. Once the property is ready to be let out, you won't have any costs until the booking revenue starts coming in.

  • Are we able to stay in the property?

    Yes, we can block out dates if you want to have access to the property, will need notice to make sure there isn't any conflict with guest bookings.
